Coupeau Project – Site Management in Progress
Ongoing site management for the renovation and extension of a luxury chalet with panoramic views of the Mont Blanc massif. The work involves structural reinforcement, reconfiguration of interior spaces, and integration of contemporary alpine design elements.
Luxury Chalet Series (5 Chalets) – Haute-Savoie (2009–2014)
These luxury chalets were developed for discerning clients, with each one designed to reflect the natural beauty of the Alps while incorporating premium finishes and modern features.
Luxury Chalet – Haute-Savoie (2014–2016)
This was the most exclusive project to date—a landmark property combining contemporary design with traditional alpine character. David led the full execution of the build, which is now on the market at €15M.

Luxury Villa – Ibiza, Spain (2016–2019)
David was recruited to Ibiza to manage the construction of a luxury villa designed for a high-end international client. With ocean views and extensive custom work, this project showcased his ability to deliver excellence abroad.
